I will rejoice at thy words, as one that hath found great spoil. I have hated and abhorred iniquity; but I have loved thy law. Seven times a day I have given praise to thee, for the judgments of thy justice.Much peace have they that love thy law, and to them there is no stumbling block. (Psalm 118)

Please don’t stop blogging.
Ken,
I second Pilgrim. I know it’s onerous, but you do a tremendous service, and “throwing open the archive” is simply not the same.
I find your arrangement of the photographs and your brief copy to be almost liturgical. On days when I don’t have time or opportunity to pray the bit of the breviary I like to pray, or to do any spiritual reading, a brief look in at your effort provides enormous spiritual sustenance.
I don’t know how many “hits” you receive each day, but I daresay every one of your readers feels exactly the same. Posting even twice a week would be a service (and I bet earn you some time off in Purgatory ;^) Please reconsider.
I would like to reiterate what Pilgrim and Jon have written. You provide sustinance to the soul and will be greatly missed should you indeed decide to throw in the towel.
Geez guys, I am flattered. I am thinking about not stopping completely, but doing only 1 or 2 posts a week.
I already made some ‘flattering’ comments in the past, therefore I will simply say I like this post, it reminds me of great favour the monks all over the world do for us – they pray Divine Office seven times day to praise God whereas people living inthe world are often so busy they forget to say so basic prayers as graces before and after meal. It happens to me either….
Your posts make me want to be holy – these photos are heavenly.
I agree. Don’t stop posting. Just post perhaps once or twice a week. I can’t ever seem to find pictures like the ones you find.
Great pictures as usual Ken!
I will add my little voice – I am always edified by your posts. This blog is unique, please do not stop. Slow down if you must, but do not stop!
