How we could handle the dissenters who protest having the the “Old Mass” return to their “V2 spirit-filled” parish after the Motu Proprio is out:

that church is in the philippines. it was used as a hospital during world war II. it is now the cathedral of the archdiocese of palo, palo, leyte in central philippines
