In an unrelated story…. (Assisi Meeting overview)

In the first picture above of the Assisi meeting you will notice a woman with a headdress, and sunglasses, does anyone know what cult she represents? She just looks like a major weirdo who broke out of rehab, and kinda snuck up on stage. I am always bugged out over that picture. (I know there were other weirdos there too, but she just stands out for me).
